• Our Tao Temple 道圣殿 Tào shèng diàn is a purpose built  Chinese Martial and Cultural Arts Centre.

    Classes are conducted weekly in White Crane Kung Fu, Weapons & Chinese Internal Arts as well as offering and specialized professional development seminars Traditional Chinese Hand-Brushed Calligraphy, Penjing Style Bonsai, Herbal Recipes, Chinese Lion, Dragon and Crane Dancing and Drumming and much more!

  • About the Design of Tao Temple:

     

    The name ‘Tào 道’ literally means the "Way", and its design has been influenced by traditional Chinese Fuzhou, Fujian Martial villages.

    Hand built by the owners and our dear friends and students, the Temple has been thoughtfully positioned to create an ambient atmosphere for guests and visitors alike.

    Our commitment to a holistic and eco-friendly Learning Program that mimics the lifestyle of ancient Chinese Masters of their craft is an important feature of our multi-purpose Learning Hall.

    The Wǔshù Guǎn 武术馆 (Training Hall):

     

    As you enter Wǔshù Guǎn the (training hall), you will pass through our welcoming Chinese=style gardens and Social area. This partly conceals a rich tapestry of Martial and Cultural Learning.

    Here you will find the the Halls sprung polished floor area with Mats, Mirrors and training equipment to facilitate classes and workshops, and equally, a beautiful hall to meditate, pray or reflect.

  • Staying Overnight or Longer to Learn

     

    If wishing to stay overnight or longer, the Temple can offer an an austere area to sleep withing the temple itself having few comforts or luxuries. We recommend you stay locally at one of the many good Motels or Hotels such as the renowned "Cow & Calf". We can help you to arrange Accommodation that will serve your needs and time at the Temple.

    • Be a participant in a special class, grading or Teacher’s workshop. Subject Matter can be White Crane and any other aspect (Calligraphy, Bonsai etc) Feel free to use our unique indoor and outdoor training equipment facilities and enjoy our environment.

  • One day Professional Development Workshop:

     

    One person a day of professional training and development, with a wide range of beneficial workshops to choose from = $100

    • Five hours of professional and caring tuition by Ron Goninan~Shifu (and his team of instructors), a consummate teacher with over 50 years’ experience.
    • Multi Subjects can be covered.

  • Two day Professional Development Workshop / Unique Weekend Training Package

     

    One Person Two days Training = $150

    • Five hours per day of professional tuition by Ron Goninan~Shifu (and his team of instructors), a consummate teacher with over 50 years’ experience.
    • Multi Subjects can be covered.
    • Certification Supplied.

  • Multi Day / Night Individual Training:

    Price on application depending on Training Days and Subject Matter to be covered!
